How about a cereal themed restaurant? Cereality offers dozens of types of cereal that you can mix and match. Plus they have topping to add...anything from healthy fruits and nuts to unhealthy candy such as pop-rocks and maltballs. There are a variety of milks to choose from (low-fat, whole, soy) and offer milk crystals that will add color and flavor to your milk (choose from red-berry, caramelized banana or chocolate hazelnut). They also offer cereal smoothies (not too sure about those), hot oatmeal, their signature cereal bars.
Your single serve cereal is served in milk-tight containers that resemble a chinese take-out box. You can also buy by the box which you can then personalize. All of this is served to you by pajama clad Cerealogists. Once you have your cereal you can plop down on one of the couch and watch cartoons or check your email with their free Wi-Fi.
There are currently two locations, both on college campus. The first one was opened in the University Center of Arizona State University with one just opening near the University of Pennsylvania. According to the website one is coming soon to Chicago and there are plans to build dozens more near colleges, in airports and hospital lobbies. Here is a link to an article about Cereality.
