Figures....

Just this morning I was examining my fingernails and noted to myself that they are actually looking good. They were all a decent length that was actually even across all my nails. I made a plan to paint them this evening.

Then lo and behold, this afternoon as I was grabbing a blanket (I've been freezing all day) when my thumbnail broke...all the way down to the quick.
