Lights Out...

I have to constantly (and I mean constantly...as in a couple of times a day) remind the 14 year old to turn off the lights in her room. She has to turn on ALL three lights and then leaves them all on when she leaves the room. Not only that, she is constantly leaving her bathroom lights on too.

I am seriously thinking of removing lightbulbs next time she leaves the lights on...is that too cruel?



If nothing else, I should earn a few extra points as the Meanest Mom In the World®. Of course the refusal to buy her a cell phone is racking the points up rather quickly...
