You know how athletes eat special foods when in training? Body builders will eat a lot of proteins, runners will load up on carbs prior to a race. Well we have a training diet at my house.
What are we training for? Why the Potty! Potty trainers diets differ by individual and differ by week or day. For breakfast today consisted of a popsicle. In the past we have had jelly beans, fruit snacks, potato chips, and lollipops for breakfast. Many a night dinner has started off with an ice cream cone.
My philosophy during this phase is he can have anything he wants for a treat as long as he pees in the potty and eats his vegetables at dinner.
Now I have to think of something that will work once the novelty of the popsicle fades.
