Final Curtain Call

The musical is finally over. Shelby had a small part in the beginning and the end of the school musical "Crazy For You" which ran for 4 nights. We have spent the last couple of weeks with taps shoes, early practices, costumes, late practices, 30's hair styles, and more practice.

The show was a hit. Unfortunately the night I went (and videoed), the stage lights weren't working correctly during her part in the opening act. Supposedly Friday nights are cursed, which seemed to explain that performance. The lights wouldn't work, Mother's hat kept falling off, Bobby almost dropped Kate at the end, there were sound difficulties, but all in all, the kids were amazing and kept the show rolling.

Next we have to focus on her Ballet and Jazz recital in 2 weeks.
